Robert Adam Howard was born in Houston, TX, on August 2, 1994, to his respectable father, Robert, and his beautiful mother, Alma Howard, and an older brother to his lovely sister, Brooke. He was a loving husband to his captivating wife, Mary, and a devoted, caring father to his two beautiful children, his son AJ and his daughter Aubrey. They meant the world to him.

He graduated from Cy-Woods High school in 2012. While attending Lone Star College, he sought out a way to service his community and to help others and found his calling to become a police officer. He attended University of Houston- Downtown, and was part of the Basic Peace Officer Academy, class 302. He graduated on May 14th, 2018, and later that month he was sworn into Harris County Precinct 5 on May 29th, 2018.

After leaving Harris County Precinct 5, he was sworn into the Harris County Sheriff’s Office on August 19, 2019, upon joining the lateral academy. On August 15, 2020, he became a gang unit assigned to the district 5 Crime Reduction Unit. Upon joining this team, not only did the guys he worked with become team mates, they became family. He looked forward to working with them everyday.

Adam had such a beautiful smile, mesmerizing eyes, and on top of that, was truly happy all the time. He always made everyone laugh and constantly told his corny dad jokes. His down-to-earth personality was contagious and had this ability to find happiness in his daily activities and duties of his professional and personal life. He was always the tallest one in the room and his presence spoke volumes when he entered a room, even before he said a word.

He found what he loved to do for work, so he never worked a day in his life.
