Title: In Memory of Jesse Valdez

I never had the pleasure of meeting you before your life was taken so suddenly. However; through your tragedy I was able to meet your family and that has been a real joy in my life. Your Mom is a strong and caring woman and has done a great job looking out for your son, who by the way is turning into a very nice young man. Your life was cut short, but your memory lives on and I promise you will never be forgotten.

Title: Fallen Hero

Myself and all of the Harris County Animal Control officers will miss the love you have shared. We salute HCSO and its deputies for putting their lives on the line daily to make Harris County a safer place. Deputy Valdez would always make sure to check on ACO's in the area to make sure we were doing ok. He will be missed greatly.

Title: Never to be Forgotten

I never had the privilege to meet you and get to know you before tragedy struck and fate caused me to become a part of your family. However; through your family I have learned what a good officer you must have been, a good father, and a good son. You left this world much to soon, but your time here will now be remembered always. You will never be forgotten. "Memo Me Impune Lacessit"
